August marked a decisive step in the maturation of GSM’s structural engine for contribution.

The Interchange Transactions™ (ICT™) framework advanced through late-stage drafting and internal review, preparing for its October release as a key pillar of the Windland™ proposal suite. ICT™ is designed to convert Club GSM™ member participation into measurable, prestige-grade public good through a monthly rhythm known as The Flagship 35™.

Every action within the system is secured by the Interchange Assurance Framework™ (IAF™), ensuring ethical validation and an audit-ready record of legacy. For governments and partners, the model demonstrates how private capability can be channelled into public benefit with transparency and national policy alignment.
